Inter Milan increasing the bid for Ricardo Quaresma
By: j | August 20th, 2008With Ricardo Quaresma seemingly wanting no part of the upcoming Dragões season, various reports are suggesting that Massimo Moratti is tabling a final €20m bid. While this is well-under the €30m valuation suggested by Pinto da Costa, given the prevailing sentiment of Ricardo wanting out, this offer, will very possibly see him join José Mourinho at Inter Milan.
I will update as further information is made available.

Just wanted to say that I really enjoyed your blogs. Even though I am not a Porto fan, nor a Portuguese football fan, you definitely have a knack for this blogging thing. Good job, keep it up.
Saludos from the Sevilla offside.

Dont forget, Porto may get Pele as part of the package - although it may be a loan. There was some talk of Dacourt, but I guess he does not want to leave Inter.

Anthony & Johonna: thank you for joining me here. I appreciate it.
Anthony - thats very kind to say, thank you. I enjoy telling the story of the club, particularly for those who don’t have a chance to get to a match or know that area. In many ways it represents the true beauty of the game. I read your blog regularly as well and was able to watch a number of the recent Railways matches. Could be a good year for the club particularly if Javier Chevantón is confident.
Johonna - you’re absolutely right with that and while I know it is definitely not the typical approach of Jesualdo Ferreira, I wish Porto was more representative of the Portuguese Footballer. Pélé was a tremendous addition in many ways. Can’t wait for Serie A to get going and you’re certainly going to have a great year
