Porto was draw into Group G of the Champions League with Ukraine powerhouse Dynamo Kyiv which devastated Spartak Moscow to advance, Arsenal of England’s Premier League and the Luis Aragonés-led Fenerbahçe of the Turkcell Süper Lig. The match listing is as follows:

Matchday One – Sep 17
Porto – Fenerbahçe SK

Matchday Two – Sep 30
Arsenal FC – FC Porto

Matchday Three – Oct 21
Porto – Dynamo Kyiv

Matchday Four – Nov 5
Dynamo Kyiv – FC Porto

Matchday Five – Nov 25
Fenerbahçe – Porto

  I like this draw. It allows us to play some meaningful games against top flight opponents and to see how good we really are. Am I crazy?

  Nelson from NYC – this is a fascinating draw and could be the most evenly matched group. Dynamo Kyiv is a great squad, as is Fenerbahçe and will play both brilliant tactical matches and of-course you can’t underestimate Arsenal. I think there a lot of surprises ahead but I see the Dragões advancing.
